Hi, my name is Gary and
my fitness journey began in my Middle School years where the interest of weightlifting began. Later in High School I earned a gym membership, got very consistent with weight training and it transformed me into a confident, healthy person. After high school, training for a power lifting competition a low back/joint injury occurred and my heavy lifting days were taken out of the picture. Now being an active parent & choosing to keep up with my kids I learned how to modify other ways to keep exercise in my life. Following safe routines with variety makes it fun to enjoy life and share my craft with others to succeed.
